About All Dry Services of Louisville
A locally owned and operated restoration company for water damage, fire and smoke, mold and storm emergencies across Louisville and Oldham County. IICRC certified, EPA Lead-Safe certified, BBB A+ rated, and the emergency line is answered by our own local staff.
How we work
A trained local team, and a documented way of working
All Dry Services of Louisville handles water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation and storm cleanup for homes and businesses, and the people who answer the emergency line are the people who run the jobs. Quality service is often the first thing to go in the contracting industry. It is the thing this company was built around.
Every job starts the same way: we meet you on site, document the loss before anything is disturbed, and agree the scope with you before work begins. From there the work is about limiting the loss. Contents are protected, affected materials are removed only where they cannot be dried in place, and commercial extraction, drying, dehumidification and air filtration equipment is set and monitored until the readings say the structure is dry.
The record we keep, photographs, moisture readings and notes, is written for your insurance carrier as much as for you. We work with all insurance carriers, bill them directly, and communicate with your adjuster while the file is open.

What we stand on
Three things worth a wager, and one that is not
Put a wager on a basketball game, on LouCity, on a horse, or on a bourbon. Do not gamble on a restoration contractor when you need one. All Dry Services of East Louisville is the local, dependable and experienced team for an unexpected disaster in your home or business, and that is a decision usually made in a hurry, which is exactly when it pays to know who is turning up.
Integrity, doing the job right the first time, transparency about what we find and what it will take, and accountability for the result: those are the four things this company is run on, and they are the reason the same people answer the phone and run the work.
We do not lose sight of where we are standing. A house is not a job site to the people who live in it, and most of what we move, cover or take out has something attached to it. We treat a property better than we would treat our own, we tell you before we do anything to it, and we leave you knowing what happened and why.

What we hold
Certifications, and what each one requires
IICRC certified, in advanced structural drying. The IICRC sets the standards this industry works to, and certifying a single technician costs thousands of dollars with an ongoing education requirement attached. Advanced structural drying is the discipline that governs how a wet building is dried rather than simply how the water is removed: equipment placement, how different materials release moisture, and how dryness is verified rather than assumed.
EPA Lead-Safe certified firm, number NAT-F274909-1. More than a third of Louisville homes were built between the 1940s and the 1960s, with more older still, so disturbing painted surfaces in a property of that age is regulated work here far more often than it is elsewhere.
BBB A+ rated. Independently assessed on complaint handling and business practice rather than self-declared.

On every job
What you can expect from All Dry Services of Louisville
Documented before work begins
Photographs, moisture mapping and a written scope, reviewed with you on site. Nothing is opened, removed or dried without that record.
Certified technicians and commercial equipment
IICRC certified, including advanced structural drying, with the instruments and drying equipment the work requires rather than what happens to be on the truck.
Verified dry, with the record handed over
Equipment comes out when affected materials match unaffected ones elsewhere in the building, and you and your adjuster receive the readings that show it.
“From the moment I called them, they were incredibly responsive and empathetic to my situation. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy.”
